DATE : 05.12.2019 P.C. :- Mr. Jadhavar the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted the proposal to open and run Urdu Medium Senior College at Kalam, Osmanabad in the year 2011. The petitioner was never communicated about rejection of the proposal. It is only in the year 2018 the respondent communicated about the rejection of the proposal made by the petitioner in the year 2011. The petitioner filed Writ Petition No. 4451 of 2018. This Court disposed of the said writ petition directing respondent no.1 to decide the proposal submitted by the petitioner within eight weeks, again the proposal is rejected.

The proposal given by the petitioner is of the year 2011 much will depend the perspective plan prepared by the University after enforcement of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act 2016. 3.

In case the location where the petitioner wants to start the college is shown in the perspective plan then the petitioner may apply afresh in tune with the provisions of Section 109 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act. 4.
