This writ petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction that the respondent no.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee shall decide the caste claim of the petitioner within stipulated period. 2.

We therefore deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within six months from today. 3.

Till caste claim of the petitioner is decided, respondent nos.3 to 5 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner. 4.

We make it clear that, the protection granted by us is only till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided by the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
