The grievance of the petitioners is that though the proposal for grant of sanction to their appointments as Junior Clerk and Peon,

27wp47-17 respectively, was made in the year 2011, the same has not been considered by respondent no.2. This being the only grievance of the petitioner, in our view, the petition can be disposed of without giving notices to the otherside.

Respondent no.2 is directed to decide the proposal submitted by respondent no.4 - school for grant of approval to the appointments of the petitioners as Junior Clerk and Peon, respectively, on merits and in accordance with law and after taking into consideration the relevant Government Resolutions issued by the State Government from time to time, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of eight weeks from today.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
