The petitioner claims to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. His Tribe Certificate has not validated by RespondentScrutiny Committee and therefore he is before us in this Petition. 2.

The fact is that the Petitioner's father has been granted validity certificate by Respondent No.2-Committee. Moreover, this Court vide judgment and order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.10162 of 2024 granted validity certificate to the cousin of the petitioner. In view of the same, conditional validity deserves to be granted in favour of the petitioner. Hence the following order :- :: ORDER ::

i.

The impugned order dated 15.09.2025 is quashed and set aside. ii.

Respondent No.2-committee shall immediately issue the Narwade/

931-wp-11808-2025.odt petitioner validity certificates of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. The validity shall be co-terminus with the proceedings of the validity holders which the committee has decided to re-open. iii.

The petitioner shall not claim equities.
