1) Civil application is filed for permission to withdraw the amount deposited. Both the sides are heard. 2) The insurance company has taken defence of breach of conditions of policy. The deceased was third party. In view of the nature of defence taken by the insurance company, the application is allowed. Disbursement is to be made as per the award prepared by the Tribunal after giving undertaking by the claimants.
