1] Heard learned AGP for appellant and Mr. Jaybhar, Advocate for the respondents/original claimants.

2] Mr. Jaybhar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the appellant/State did not deposit the entire decretal amount as per the award passed by the Reference Court and only part thereof has been deposited.

3] In view of submission, there is no propriety to grant stay in favour of the State. The appellant failed to comply with the order passed by this court dated 24.4.2015. The civil application for stay is disposed of with liberty to the claimants to avail the remedies as available under law, for recovery of decretal amount.
