The earlier application for withdrawal is already disposed and this Court permitted applicants to withdraw some amount on undertaking and some amount on solvent security. This is second application filed for withdrawal of amount. The said application cannot be considered in view of the fact that, as per the order dated 23.12.2014 remaining amount was directed to be kept in fixed deposit of nationalized bank.
