This is an Application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Writ Petition on 25th March 2013 as well as for condonation of delay of 927 days occurred in presenting the instant

ca180.16 Application.

Heard. In order to meet the ends of justice, order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Writ Petition is set aside. However, since the Application is delayed by 927 days, we direct the Applicant to deposit costs of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred). The amount of costs shall be deposited with the Library Committee of Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event of failure of Applicant to deposit the amount of costs and removal of office objections within four weeks from today, the order passed in the instant Application shall stand recalled.
