Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. With the consent of the parties, the petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner contends that he came to be appointed as a Hostel Superintendent in the Primary Ashram

( 2 ) School by following due procedure of law. However, after he stood retired, the monetary benefits such as Leave Encashment Bills were not forwarded by the Management, as a result of which the Bills could not be sanctioned. He, therefore, seeks direction that the Respondent No.4 - Head Master to submit correct Leave Encashment Bills to the Respondent No.3 for his consideration.

The learned Advocate for Respondent No.4 submits that after removing deficiencies, the correct Leave Encashment Bills have already been forwarded to the Respondent No.3, and the same has been acknowledged by Respondent No.3.

Considering the same, since the Respondent No.4 has already submitted corrected Leave Encashment Bills to the Respondent No.3, we dispose of this writ petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on the said Leave Encashment Bills as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today. 6.

With these directions, writ petition stands disposed off.
