This is second Application for bail.

Criminal Application No.817 of 2014 filed by the same Applicant earlier, for releasing on bail was rejected on 21st March 2014.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant invited our attention to the averments made in the Application and submits that this Application for bail deserves to be allowed.

We do not find any change in circumstances after rejection of earlier bail application. Hence the request of the Applicant cannot be entertained.

However, in the interest of justice, we direct the Registry to list Criminal Appeal No.66 of 2014 for final hearing in the week commencing from 21st November 2016.

With the above observations, Application stands disposed of.
