The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent No. 2 to implement the order passed by the Wakf Tribunal below Exhibit 05 in Wakf Suit No. 58 of 2021.

The Wakf Tribunal, it appears passed order of status quo. The learned counsel submits that inspite of order of status quo, no steps are taken by the respondent No. 2/Police Inspector to stop the construction.

The petitioner ought to have approached the Tribunal where suit is filed for further steps, if the order of status quo is disobeyed by the defendants therein. It is only after the Tribunal would pass further orders and if directions are given by the Tribunal to the Police Inspector, then the Police Inspector can

In the light of that, it is for the petitioner to move the Tribunal for further orders. The petitioner is at liberty to do so. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
