It would be open for the petitioner to approach the School Tribunal and tender appropriate application in the pending appeal for redressal of his grievance and the School Tribunal may consider such application, if tendered by the petitioner, in accordance with provisions of law. It would be also open for the petitioner to make request to the School Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the pending appeal and looking to the facts and circumstances, the School Tribunal may take up the pending appeal for consideration and dispose of the same expeditiously.
