ORDER

IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1159 of 2024 & IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1141 OF 2024 1.

Heard rival submissions.

The applicants in both these applications are seeking withdrawal of their respective entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

The learned counsel for the applicants placed on record copy of order dated 11/08/2023 whereby this Court in other connected matters has granted withdrawal of entire compensation amounts alongwith the interest to the applicants therein.

As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw their entire respective amounts of compensation i.e. 75% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The applications are accordingly disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.15355 OF 2022 AND IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 15352 OF 2022 Since the Acquiring Body has deposited entire amount of compensation in both these applications, the applications are

(3) made absolute during the pendency of this appeal and disposed of.
