The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, inadvertently, in the clause title, "Ori. Accused" has been mentioned as "Ori. Defendant." Likewise, in line No. 2 of paragraph No. 3 and in lines No.2 and 6 of paragraph 14, the word "petitioner" appears instead of "respondent." In line 3 of paragraph No.14, the word "respondent" appears instead of "petitioner." He, therefore, prays for the correction of the said errors.
