PER COURT :- The petitioner is objecting to deletion of his name from the list of candidates who are entitled to be promoted, published on 4.9.2017.

The petitioner contends that, in the earlier list published on 21.8.2017, his name did appear at Sr.No.4 in the category of vimukta jati (A). The date recorded in the list for eligibility of the petitioner to draw the regular pay scale is 1.10.2015, whereas so far as one Mr. R.V. Rathod, whose name has been included in the subsequent list, the said date is recorded as 1.10.2000. The said employee who has been included in the list appears to be quite senior to the petitioner. Even otherwise, the earlier list published appears to be provisional and on consideration of the objections, the same appears to have been corrected.

There is absolutely no merit in the petition. The writ petition stands rejected.
