These are the applications seeking withdrawal of remaining 50% amount of the compensation deposited by the respondents/acquiring body.
2.
Learned AGP for State strenuously opposed the applications stating that exorbitant compensation is awarded by the reference Court to which claimants are not entitled. 3.
Considering the fact that lands of claimants are acquired in the year 1999, applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw remaining 50% compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.
Civil Applications are disposed of.
