The terms of compromise marked as 'X' for identification, were referred to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification. Accordingly, the Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report today. On going through the report submitted by the Registrar (Judicial), it is noticed that he has verified the parties as well as the terms of compromise with the help of the learned counsel for both the sides. Both the parties seem to have admitted the recitals of the terms of compromise.

I.

The second appeal stands disposed of in view of the compromise arrived between the parties.
