In pursuance to the notices issued to the respondents, the respondents have filed affidavit in reply. In that view of the matter, keeping in view the averments in the reply filed by respondent no.2 and all other record, we direct respondent no.2 to take decision on the said proposal as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner and also to respondent no.3.
