Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for respondent no.1 and learned counsel for respondent no.2. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer has filed "A" summary report. He states that notice is not yet issued to the complainant.

In view of filing of "A" summary report, the application stands disposed of, keeping open the remedy to challenge the order, if any, passed by learned Magistrate in respect of further investigation.
