This Application is filed for setting aside the order dated 18.08.2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial) thereby refusing registration of Civil Revision Application for non removal of office objections. 2.

Sufficient grounds have been stated in the Civil Application, so also advocate for the applicant states that he would remove office objections within a period of three (03) weeks from today. 3.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the applicant, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and "B". 4.
