By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking limited relief in respect of prayer clause - [C], which reads as under: "C] To direct the respondents authorities to decide and consider the applications U/s 28A of the Act dated 04/11/2003 and 10/11/2003 respectively submitted by the petitioners within stipulated time and further direct to pass an appropriate award." 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Petitioners that, the Petitioners have submitted the Application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, before Respondent No.1 - Collector, therefore, it can be considered and decided in view of award passed in the same acquisition proceedings vide LAR No.325/1990 by the concerned Reference Court. 3.

Learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that, the Appeal challenging the award passed in the said land reference has been disposed of in the last Lok-Adalat.

In view of the above, we allow the Writ Petition in terms of prayer clause - [C]. The concerned authorities i.e. the Respondents shall do the needful by considering and deciding the Application in accordance with law, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
