2] The proceeding is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for relief of quashing of FIR No. 1296/2016 registered with Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad for the offence punishable

3] During the argument the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the first informant submitted that parties are settle the dispute. The affidavit of the victim girl whose age shown as 17 years and affidavit of her father are filed on record to show that they have settled the dispute. They have no intention to given evidence against the present applicant.
4] In view of the nature of the dispute and contents of the affidavits, this Court holds that relief needs to be granted. In the result following order
ORDER
I] Application is allowed.
II] Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (B). III] Rule made absolute in the aforesaid terms.
