By way of these applications, the applicant i.e. the petitioner in original Contempt Petitions is seeking correction in the name of Respondent No.4 and also permission to place on record judgments and orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeals No.7159 to 7164 of 2016. Admittedly, the Education Offcer Mr. Laxman Pole is not there and the current Education Offcer (Secondary) is one Mr. Ashok Nanasaheb Kadus at ZP, Ahmednagar.

As such, both the Civil Applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) and the earlier respondent no.4 Mr. Laxman Pole be replaced by the aforesaid current Education

{3} Offcer. The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. Both the Civil Applications are disposed of.
