The present application is filed for restoration of the writ petition along with prayer for condonation of delay.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the learned counsel could not notice the matter and, as such, the office objections remained to be removed and the order was passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing the registration of the writ petition. The learned counsel submits that the petition was

2 ca 12646.2023 filed by the another counsel and on enquiry by the present counsel he realised that the matter was dismissed as such he has moved the present restoration application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, delay is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this court dated 23.08.2021 to the extent of the present applicant is quashed. The learned counsel for the applicant is granted four

(04) weeks time to remove office objections. In the event, the applicant fails to remove the office objections, the order of the registrar would stand restored.
