It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Perused the report of Mediator. It is also taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. In view of settlement between the parties the D.V. Application No.15 of 2018 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Osmanabad is quashed and set aside.

( 2 ) cria2844.18 Counsel for respondent No.1 acknowledged payment made to respondent No.1. Hence, the D.V. Application No.15 of 2018 is disposed of.
