3 956-ca-8844-2021.doc Lok Adalat, since the enhancement of compensation was not more than four times than the compensation offered by the Special Land Acquisition Officer.

Learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body does not dispute this position, however, he objects to dispose of these appeals in the light of the order passed in Lok Adalat. A copy of the order dated 14th July, 2018, passed by the Lok Adalat in First Appeal (Stamp) No.31253 of 2016 and connected matters, is placed on record. In view of the same, the present appeals need to be dealt with the same way. These appeals are, therefore, disposed of. 3.

The amount in deposit with this Court be paid to the claimants, immediately.

Civil application No. 8885 of 2021 in First Appeal No.1878 of 2018 seeking leave to correct the name of applicant No.2, is allowed.
