PER COURT :- By this application the applicant seeks to withdraw amount of interest accrued on Fixed Deposit. In the similar matter this court passed order on 17th August, 2017 in Civil Application No. 326/2016, in First Appeal No. 1970 of 2011 allowing the similar relief. 2.

Mr. V.D.Gunale learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body has no objection if similar order in this case is passed. 3.

Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to condition that applicant furnish security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
