The present petition is entertained to the extent of seizure of vehicle. The petitioner may file an appeal as against the final penalty.

The vehicle of the petitioner is seized.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the F.I.R. has not been lodged against the petitioner.

In case the respondents have seized the vehicle of the petitioner then the respondents shall release the vehicle (MH-21/AN0469) after petitioner deposit Rs. 50,000/- and executes a bond to the satisfaction of the Authority. The deposit of Rs. 50,000/- is without 1/2

87.odt prejudice to the rights and contention of either of the parties and the decision that would be taken in the appeal filed by the petitioner. 5.

In case the petitioner does not file an appeal within 30 days then the respondents are at liberty to take further action for recovery of the amount and also for repossess of the vehicle. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
