PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking condonation of delay of 1079 days occurred in presenting the first appeal. Though the delay has not been properly explained, since the respondents have no objection for condonation of delay, we deem it proper to allow the application. The respondents propose to file counter claim, seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation and as such has not raised any objection for condoning the delay.

The application, is, therefore, allowed. Delay occured in presenting the First appeal stands condoned.
