The applicants are the respondents in WP No.1521/2006. The Workmen's Compensation Case No.8/2004 is pending before the learned Civil Judge, S.D. Beed. The said proceedings have been stayed by this Court by order dated 12/04/2006. The issue that arises in this petition is as regards an amendment permitted by the Compensation Court by its order dated 11/03/2005. The compensation case arises out of the death of a person and the applicants are the survivors of the deceased. 2.

In the light of the peculiar facts of this case, the civil application is allowed. WP No.1521/2006 is fixed for final hearing on 22/01/2015.
