Learned A.G.P. submits that pursuant to the order of which contempt is alleged, a notification under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is already issued. He places on record letter dated 18th March, 2025 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Land Acquisition, Ambad, Dist. Jalna in that regard. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the position, however he expects that the authorities should comply with the timeline as provided under the said Act of 2013.
