The petitioners / original defendants in RCS No. 64 of 2008 (Old No.297 of 2003) are aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 6.8.2019, passed by the appellate Court in RCA No.12 of 2019. 2.

Though the learned Advocate for the petitioners has strenuously assailed the impugned order, I find that an interlocutory order balancing the equities has been passed and would not call for an interference. Taking into account the advanced age of many of the litigating sides, the pending appeal could be expedited. 3.
