Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has opposed the application on the nround that the applicants have not taken care to carry out the amendment, at the earliest. However, matter pertains to the matrimonial dispute.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the criminal application no.2765 of 2021 seekinn amendment in the prayer clause to challenne the criminal proceedinns is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Criminal application no.2765/2021 is accordinnly disposed off. 4.

Criminal application no.3724 of 2019 is adjourned to 12.1.2022.
