The claimants have preferred first appeals with application for condonation of delay. For not removal of office objections civil applications as well as appeals were rejected. Those are restored.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicants that all office objections have been removed except that of payment of court fees. Due to precarious financial condition his clients are unable to muster the funds to pay huge court fees. 3.
Time of twelve (12) weeks is granted to the applicants/appellants to pay the deficit court fees or to take steps as permissible in law.

If compliance is not made within stipulated time, first appeals shall stand dismissed in default without further reference to this Court.
