This Public Interest Litigation (for short 'the PIL') is filed raising the grievance that the representation has been given to the Chief Executive Officer, Jalgaon and the same is not considered and decided by the said authority.

In our opinion, without entering upon the merits of the contentions raised in the PIL, this PIL can be conveniently disposed of by giving directions to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon to look into the grievance raised in the aforementioned representation by the petitioner and afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to the parties who are likely to be affected and take decision
( 2 ) pil44.18 on the said representation, if already not taken, on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, however, within twelve weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner and also all other concerned respondents.

With the above observations PIL stands disposed of.
