The claimant has preferred first appeal with application for condonation of delay. For not removal of office objections civil application as well as appeal were rejected. Those are restored. 2.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that all office objections have been removed except that of payment of court fees. Due to precarious financial condition, his client is unable to muster the funds to pay huge court fees. 3.

Time of twelve (12) weeks is granted to the applicant/appellant to pay the deficit court fees or to take steps as permissible in law.

If compliance is not made within stipulated time, first appeal shall stand dismissed in default without further reference to this Court.
