We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The present Writ Petitions are filed challenging the order of suspension. Mr. Jadhavar, the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that now, the petitioners are no longer under suspension and the order to that effect is passed on 19th December, 2018.

Mr. Thombre, the learned Counsel submits that if the suspension is revoked, the posting of the petitioners has to be on the same place and under the order dated 19th December, 2018, the punishment is also imposed upon the petitioners. 3.

In that case, the petitioners will have right to assail the said order.

As the petitioners are no longer under suspension, the purpose of the writ petitions do not survive. 5.

The Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
