Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Priahad raising grievance with regard to his transfer.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned Advocate accepts notice for respondent No.3. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In case, the application is filed by the petitioner (Page 34) and the same is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Pariahad Beed, then the Chief Executive Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within fifteen (15) days.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
