All these three petitions can be conveniently disposed of by this common order.

The approval sought for the appointment of the petitioners, has been turned down by the respondent -Education Officer on account of the fact that the respondent- management had failed to comply with the deficiencies as pointed out in the impugned communication dated 14 October 2021. The said communication points out in all eleven deficiencies.

The learned counsel for the respondent - management states that the management shall comply with the deficiencies / requirements and

2 942 wp 12946-21 or shall submit a fresh proposal within a period of three weeks from today.

In such circumstances, the petitions are allowed. 5.

The impugned order is hereby set aside permitting the respondent - management to comply with the deficiencies and or to send a fresh proposal for approval to the respondent - Education Officer. If such a proposal is received, the Education Officer shall process and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.
