It is not even 15 days the petitioners have filed an appeal and the present Writ Petition is filed seeking directions to decide the said appeal. Some breathing time has to be given to the authority. Directions cannot be issued in a routine manner.

We can understand that after filing of appeal for an unreasonable time, appeal is not decided, then we would have certainly issued directions. The petitioners may prosecute their appeal with the authority and if the authority is not deciding it within a reasonable time then petitioners may approach this Court.
