Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

We find that the offences registered against the Applicant are in relation to the incident in which the brother of the Applicant

cra5615.15 died because of explosion of the material stored by the Applicant and his brother. This requires thorough investigation. This is clear-cut carelessness on the part of the Applicant and his brother and unfortunately, in the incident, the brother of Applicant has lost his life.

3. In the result, Criminal Application is rejected.
