The learned Advocate representing respondent No.4 submits that, the petitioner will have to move an application under Rules 26.3 and 26.4 of the Secondary Schools Code, to the Education Officer, through respondent No.2/School. The petitioner submits that, the natural guardian of the petitioner would file an application, addressing to the Education Officer through respondent No.2/School. The learned Advocate representing respondent No.2/School submits that, after the petitioner tenders
