After arguing the application for some time, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the same. He seeks liberty to apply afresh, in case trial does not commence in the near future.

Application is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such with liberty to the applicant to apply afresh, if the trial does not commence within a period of six (6) months from today.
