The petitioner have already preferred Appeal/representation against the Order dated 27.01.2022 passed by the Chief Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, on 03.03.2023. As such, since the Petitioner has already preferred appeal, we would not issue any directions to the authorities to decide the review application filed by the Petitioner, which is admittedly not filed under any provision of law. 2.

Since the appeal is preferred after 14 months of the impugned order, let the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran decide the said Appeal expeditiously, preferably by 30th April, 2024. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed off.
