1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State. Though we are not inclined to grant relief in terms of the prayers made in the petition, however, we are inclined to direct the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sillod, Taluka Sillod, Dist. Aurangabad to decide the representation of the petitioners filed on 19th September, 2018 (Exh.J. Page 26), if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today, on its own merits and in accordance with law. 2] We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised in the said representation. 3] With the above observations, Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
