All the parties to the compromise deed filed with Civil Application No. 12465 of 2023 are present before the Court. They are agreed the terms of the settlement deed. They have been verified before the Registrar (Judicial). In view of the compromise deed, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(I) In view of the compromise deed, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

13- W.P. No. 1219--2016.odt (II) The order of the Deputy Director of the land Record, Aurangabad passed in tk-dzekad@,d=h@vihy@,l-vkj-862@2013@1 dated 24.01.2014 is quashed and set aside.

(III) The Deputy Director, Land Record, Aurangabad is directed to act upon the compromise deed admitted before this Court. (III) The copy of compromise deed be supplied to the office of Deputy Registrar of Land Record, Aurangabad.
