1] This Court on 19th October, 2016 issued notices of the respondents and also granted ad-interim relief. However, counsel for the applicant did not bother to submit spare copy in the Registry. In the circumstances, ad-interim relief stands vacated. In case spare copies are supplied on or before 29.11.2016, returnable date shall stand extended till 20.12.2016. In case spare copies are not supplied within the aforementioned period, on expiry of the said period, the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Court.
