1] These appeals are placed before us in today'

s National Lok Adalat.

2] Mr.V.B.Virdhe, learned AGP for the appellant - State, Mrs.Manjusha Migkar, Additional Collector, representative of Collector Office, Beed, Mrs.Namrata Chate, Sub Divisional Officer, representative of collector office, Beed and Mr.D.R.Jayabhar, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4 are present.

3] Learned AGP submits that as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/ Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2018, the State Government is withdrawing these Appeals.

5] First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

6] Court fees be refunded as per Rules.

7] If the amount is not deposited, same will be deposited in Reference Court within 8 months. 8] If the amount is deposited, same be disbursed to the claimant.
