This is an application by the applicants/ original claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the respondents No. 1 and 2 in this Court.

Heard both the sides.

It is submitted that the respondent No. 1 has deposited an amount of Rs. 3,62,740/- and respondent No. 2 has deposited an amount of Rs. 6,60,188/-. 4.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 % amount from the amount of compensation deposited by the respondents NO. 1 and 2 respectively, on undertaking that in case adverse orders are passed against them, they shall redeposit 1/2

947.odt the amount within a period of 12 weeks from the date of order.
