Heard advocate Mr. Humbe learned counsel appearing for the applicant at length. The applicant prayed for quashing and setting aside the order dated 12.09.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by which the appeal came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. Since the learned counsel appearing for the applicant has undertaken to remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today, the order dated 12.09.2017 is hereby recalled and set aside. 2.

The applicant to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today failing which the order dated 12.09.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court would be restored. After removal of office objections the Registry of this Court to register the appeal and place the matter before the Court for further action. Civil application is disposed of. [Y.G.
